RFIC to present 5G/SATCOM MMICs at IMS

RFIC to release 5G/SATCOM MMICs at IMS 2019 RFIC Arna FEB (Front End Beam former) and Arna UDC (IQ Up-Down Converter) is well suited for both of the 5G bands to target markets in USA, Europe, as well as Asia (24 to 30 GHz as well as 37 to 44 GHz). These ICs will be key for highly affordable 5G base station deployments. These chips can also be used for SATCOM beam phased array systems.
